Is this compatible with iPhone 14?

Yes, MV7 is compatible with Lightning-equipped Apple iOS products for both livestreaming and recording, but you will need to purchase a Micro-B to Lightning cable. This kind of cable is available from Shure as model number AMV-LTG (Be aware that AMV-LTG15 is a different cable that does not provide enough power to MV7). The MV7 is excellent for virtual meetings in Teams and other comparable applications. The microphone will capture your voice clearly while excluding unwanted room noise. When used with the Shure MOTIV App you can fine tune settings to get perfect sound for your meetings!

Does this come w the lithium ion battery?

The listing information is erroneous, the MV7 is powered via USB and does not require a Lithium Ion battery (nor does it come with one). Apologies for the confusion!
