Why did I only get one ice pack when the title and picture show two?

At 1st glance, the package I received looked like it contained just one Colpac but when actually opened, there were two Colpacs packaged together, each one folded in half inside its own white, zip-loc type storage bag. If there is only one, call Amazon. This particular Ad offered only a pair, though some other Ads for various cold packs offered a choice of purchasing 1 or 2.

Do you get 2 ice packs or 1?

You get two! The best and last Ice Pack you'll ever buy! My wife had to have an ACL replacement surgery, so I bought 3 packages of 2 for a total of 6. We were able to rotate them and keep the swelling down. Our Dr was very impressed that there was no swelling. We get migraines alot and these are the best ice packs money can buy....

What country was this made in? I can't seem to find that info anywhere..

The parent company of Chattanooga products, "DJO Global", is based in Vista, California. However, I, too, could not find any information as to where the products were manufactured. I can tell you that these cold packs are phenomenal and are the ones used at my physical therapist's office.
