Disappointed with the Lack of neck Support
I would say okay. After using it for few months, they started to go flat and sag in the middle, offering very little neck support. The material feels soft and the outer fabric is nice, but comfort quickly fades when the pillow loses its shape this fast. I’ve tried fluffing but nothing seems to bring back the original firmness. If you prefer a very soft, low-loft pillow, this might still work for you. But if you’re looking for consistent support throughout the night, especially for side or back sleeping, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
