Sit in a chair, hang it over a door and close the door, and make sure you have a mouthpiece, otherwise your jaw will hurt. Otherwise, this is the best traction device there is because of the amount of force you can apply (but dont overdo it, a little goes a long way). I don't know what the reviews are saying when they say you can't do enough force, cause you can easily overdo it. And I used this once a day for 3 years, so I don't understand what they mean when they say it's made with cheap materials.

There are no clear instructions on how to use the product. That is a big minus. But the product itself is very good and effective. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This thing kind of works. The head harness fits pretty good and is more or less comfortable. The main problem is that you can't get enough force. I'm a big strong guy and I really need some pull. This thing has some kind of ratchet that slips after about 10 lbs of force is applied. Doesn't work for me. May be okay for someone more delicate.

Other than having sex, there is nothing that feels better than using this device if you have neck issues. Has revolutionized my life. I have given as a gift, too. I’d recommend a beach towel so it doesn’t mar the door. Should have thought that through first. Does not detract from 5 stars. This is the fourth version of this product that I have tried from different manufacturers, and across the similar items this reigns supreme. This is the only one that allows you to do what I call a therapeutic “deep stretch”. If you need a sign to buy this product…. Bing! GET IT

After a month of use, this flimsy device stopped holding its position and would slide when weight was placed on it. Idea is good but cheaply made mechanism.

Very sturdy product. Perfect for allowing self-adjustment in a controlled setting. I recommend this product. It does require assistance with applying once on it is a one person-controlled device. Well worth the money. Fit: easy to use and easy to store and completely adjustable to the user.

It’s very cheap feeling, the little plastic finger guard release cover launched itself and It’s nowhere to be found. I’m going to give it a couple more days to see if I have a change of heart but it’s not going to change the lack of quality. If it works for what I need then it can feel cheap, it’s the end result that it matters!

Good for a weight oof less than or equal to 20kg. Would break if it holds any body part(s) weighing more than 20kg.

lol what a joke of a device. The models they use for their images must all be 4'0 tall. I'm 6'2 and could not find any way to use this. Standing up is impossible on a regular door. Kneeling down is impossible to do for 20-30 mins. Sitting in the chair didn't work either. The most cheapest materials used for this. Do NOT waste your money and I feel for all the others with chronic neck pain
