Good for heartburn/ indigestion
Great for people with stomach problems. Ie heartburn or food problem. No taste. Easy to swallow. My partner had heartburn and couldn’t eat gravy or spicy food before these. Only 1 per day. Green in colour. Great quality. Recommend. Consult doctor before trying

A God send!
I started having digestive issues. Nausea, stomach discomfort etc. Eventually, after much investigation, I found out I had an ulcer. Nothing I had taken helped...I was miserable. I discoverd NOT to take any NSAID'S AS THEY MAKE IT WORSE!!! I generally shy away from drugs unless necessary but the discomfort was so distressing that I was taking some NSAID's but discovered if I needed pain relief...stick to dissolvable Paracetemol...which would not irritate my ulcer. I also took OLIVE LEAF, as recommended because a common cause of gastric ulcers can be from Helibactor Pylori bacteria. However, the constant nausea and discomfort was very unpleasant so I started taking SLIPPERY ELM about 30 mins before a meal. It forms a mucilage type protective coating and was such a relieve for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****

Ok but not the miracle pill I expected
I bought these because I was weaning myself from omeprazole, that my doctor had kept me on for over 12 years, so when I stopped I suddenly had terrible heart burn. I was recommended these and I have been taking 2 per day not 1 as I take one in the morning and one at night but still need to take rennie in between..
