Substandard quality product
The quality of the product was very bad. Cheap welding has been done on a physiotherapy equipment. It can hurt someone. Please avoid buying. Also the company is not offering refund only replacement with another cheap quality product.

The knob broke off
Such bad quality stuff should never be sold . Shame on you to sell this to people with disabilities. Now the return window is closed too
