I just received my second tub of these Bio Cultures, and they do seem to be helping somewhat, based on the past two months. I now need to see what they will be like in the long term. I am hoping that if there is a continued improvement, I can eventually wean off the prescription gut helpers, which damage other parts of the body!

Love these. Completely fixed what I thought was 'ibs' for years. Gentle on the stomach and have eliminated my bloating and fixed all my issues. I take only one a day rather than two, which I would recommend for long-term maintenance - just double up when there's flare ups. Couldn't recommend more.

Empecé a tomar una al día y cuando leí que son dos al día, se deben tomar juntas, es cuando he notado que hace efecto.
