No response for return and refund worst quality
The product I received is of very poor quality and is not working properly. The battery slot is broken, making it unusable. I have already requested a return and refund, but neither has been processed. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Shows different weights at times
The size is just enough for an adult to stand and check weight. Overweight people may find it difficult to check weight in this machine. Issue with the product is that it shows different weights at times, showing an error of about 500gms . Needs improvement in accuracy

It's working good, showing almost accurate with 200g-400g difference from other weighing machines and 2 AAA batteries are included in it. App integration is also good.
