I have been so bloated it hurts and makes me look pregnant, I have been drinking more water, changed diet and been to doctor on this and tbh nothing has helped. I bought this and will say it’s brought relief for sure. I only I have been taking it for two days at this point and what I’ve noticed is after taking two pills the bloating had went down about 50% which is for me a drastic improvement the second day taking it. I took two pills in the morning and another one at night and noticed when I woke up probably about 70% less bloating so to me that’s a huge huge win and I think it works just as a temporary fix is what I can say for now on the third day I didn’t take it and I didn’t notice the bloating came right back, which is no fault to the pill. Just wanted to say that I had no other effects of going to the bathroom or taste in my mouth or anything like that that’s my experience

After spending hundreds on different fiber supplements, these work the best! They don’t give me any pain or discomfort at all! I must say I do need to take them 2-3 hours before I get home from work so I’m able to use the restroom in the comfort of my own home. The one thing that was odd was I received the bottle in pink instead of the blue bottle

They work! I only take them when I feel bloated. It does help me. They don't taste like anything. I feel good after I take it. My sister takes them too. She said this was the only thing that helped jas helped her so far.

I always have a bottle of these on hand. Anytime I feel puffy or bloated I take two of these and within an hour the magic happens. I find these especially amazing for traveling as I tend to get puffy whenever I fly no matter what other precautions I take. If you get bloated or face puff after drinking - these are for you as well! I have days where I have taken two in the AM and two in the PM without any issue. Such great value and a product that actually works!

No. Just no. I had SUCH high expectations for these. I was really hoping they would work for what I needed to. But I could NOT get past the smell and taste. First day I tried them, it was a chore to try to swallow them due to the smell and taste, but I forced it down. But then the rest of the day I constantly felt like you could still smell it in my breath, and I was super self conscious. The second day, I tried to put them in peanut butter to take them. Cause peanut butter smells and tastes strong, it should easily mask the pills, right? Nope. Even with a heaping spoonful of peanut butter, I could still taste the pills. Made me gag so much I almost threw up, and then decided it just wasn't worth it.I understand why I can't return it since it's a consumable, but now I'm just frustrated I wasted my money on it

I just received my second bottle and some of capsules are only half full

I take two of these each night before bed and feel very light in the morning, ready to start my day. Will sometimes take midday if I had a larger lunch. Never want to be without these
