Love Thorne and the quality for all my supplement needs. Vitamin D + k2 is great and is working for me. My levels are where they’re supposed to be! There’s zero taste and smell. I throw it in a cup of water or on a spoon. Easy! My only gripe on this one is the dropper. I can maybe get 2 drops out but most of the time it’s a few splatters. Maybe we can come up with a more accurate dispenser?

Most economical we have found for everyday vitamin D supplement. Definitely works because my vitamin D levels are higher than last time i got my blood tested. I also don’t always remember to take it every day. Good stuff.

The vitamin D itself tastes like nothing at all, but you have to get it out of the bottle first. The "dispenser" is ridiculously hard to shake anything out of it. I want to be able to just tilt my head back and shake the drops in, but most of the time they never come out. I have tried shaking them onto a spoon, but that is also hit or miss. The best thing is to shake vigorously onto food or a cup of liquid. This should be a dropper instead of an essential oil-like dispenser. If I can find one to switch it out with, I have no idea how much that drop would equal these tiny drops, so I don't really know how much I would be taking. As it is, I still don't really know, because the drops come out so randomly, and maybe 2 come out at once, I really don't know. I'd love to give this 5 stars, but the dispenser makes it impossible to. A 1 for the dispenser, and a 5 for the drops themselves.
