Fast and accurate
I have shaky hands and often can’t use these range finders because I can’t hold it steady enough for long enough to get a “lock” on the prism. Not this unit. I barely hold it up and point it at the flag stick and it buzzes/vibrates with the “lock” and shows the distance. It always matches other players range finders so I assume the accuracy is “right on”. One thing I noticed is the distance displayed changes about 1 second after the vibration and that’s the distance to use. If I use the distance displayed right when it buzzes, it can be off by 20 yards or more. So be sure to stay on target for a couple of seconds after that “lock obtained” buzz/vibration.
