Anolon Advanced Home Hard Anodized Nonstick Sauté Pan with Helper Handle and Lid, 5 Quart - Moonstone

We LOVE this pan so much we bought a second one as soon as it went on sale and are storing it for when it other one needs replacing!!!!

Whilst admittedly expensive this saute pan is the bees knees. I bought it replace an identical one that I ruined by accidentally leaving it with oil in over a low flame over night ( lucky it didnt catch fire!) The best thing about this pan is the non-stick coating which is awesome

We really just use one large 12 inch pan and a smaller 8 1/2 inch pan for most cooking. This Anolon pan is very heavy duty, has a durable non-stick surface, and the flat bottom is perfect for our new smooth top range. The flat bottom and high depth allow us to cook large quantities of food. The side handle helps lift it when full. The only criticism is the lid handle sticks up too high to allow the lid to be stored inverted which saves space when storing.

Already had this pan for many years, probably over ten. The new pan is exactly the same as my old pan other than the color being different. The old pan had become warped, probably from putting cold water in a hot pan multiple times, and the very center of the pan wasn't as stick resistant as it used to be. It had a very good run. Bought this replacement and am very pleased!

I bought what I thought was the same pan over 15 years ago which had finally started showing wear. The quality is definitely not the same. Metal is thin and doesn’t sit flat to my cooktop. I appreciate the size and silicon handles. Still nonstick and easy to clean just feels overall cheaper. May be that I had a more professional grade before but regardless same opinion on quality.
