i check the temperature and 190 in the pot so brews about 200 this is what i care about. all metal, stainless steel, super easy to clean. it has a one button and makes hot coffee fast thats all that matters to me and no plastic. no bells, no whistles, no timers. water, coffee, and hit the on button. no instructions needed. it is 19.5 inch in Hight so will not fit under many kitchen cabinets, i didnt care have space for it some of you may not. the thermos is GREAT. coffee stays hot for 1-2 hours and warm say 4 hours. no hot plate, i donot want a heater it just burns the coffee imo. so all metal, hot strong coffee, one button, a great metal thermos, just what i want. i used mine every day for 2 month so far, light weight compared to REAL commercial pot, will it brew 5-10 pots a day for years?? i dunno i use mine for home use because i hate plastic. try it i imagine if you want simple hot strong coffee 90% of you will be happy.

To tall to under standard cupboards. Didn’t keep coffee hot. You have to take the top off to make coffee so if you’re not standing there the coffee is cooling till you remember you made coffee. The very worst. It ran over an flooded my kitchen twice in one week. That was a send back feature. Sorry.

I have been using this coffee maker every day and it has made my mornings much smoother. I like how quickly it brews a full pot because it saves me time when I am rushing to get things started. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours which has been great during long workdays. I appreciate that the outside stays cool so I can carry it around without worrying about burning my hands. The pouring mechanism works well and I have not had any spills on the counter. The wide opening also makes it simple to clean which is something I value in any kitchen appliance. The flavor of the coffee has been consistently strong and balanced and I can taste the difference from my old machine. I also tried using it with tea leaves and it worked just as well. The spray head seems to distribute water evenly because the grounds come out properly extracted each time. I did learn that grind size and amount matter so I adjusted my setup to get the best results. Once I dialed that in the machine delivered a satisfying cup every time. The indicator light is a small feature but I find it very helpful. The build feels sturdy and suitable for daily use in a busy environment. It has handled multiple pots a day without any issues. Overall I feel confident recommending this coffee maker to anyone who wants a dependable and easy to use brewer.

This machine makes very good regular coffee, through an all stainless steel drip basket. At first, I was nervous about choosing the thermal carafe version, but now I am very glad I did. It keeps the coffee warm for quite some time (hours and hours), yet the outside is very touchable. I would have no hesitation putting this on a table without a trivet. I deducted a star because I went through some hassle with the machine's height. No height was listed with the product ad, so I went to the manufacturer's sight and looked up the schematics, finding a height of 17.5 inches. My cabinet clearance in my kitchen is 18". When it arrived, it was 19"! Approxiamately 18" for the stainless unit, 7/16" for the plastic water inlet on top, and 3/8" for the feet on the bottom. We considered returning it, but really needed it. Thought about removing the bottom feet, or the finished front edge of our cabinetry in one section, but ultimately decided to put it in a less convenient spot, away from overhead cabinets. The thermal carafe is what really made our setup functional, because it can sit on the formica countertop anywhere, immediately after brew and not mar the surface, nor accidentally burn someone. Also on the missing star is that SYBO doesn't sell a reusable filter that fits the basket. The largest substitute I found on A, is significantly smaller than what the machine could handle. Standard paper basket filters for 8-12 cup makers are too small and allowed grounds to spill over. And one more thing, the basket often drips for a while after brewing is over and the machine is off, leaving water on the stainless platform, usually not enough to drip off the machine, but I wouldn't place this machine on a surface that could be damaged by moisture. The company did offer some compensation for my troubles and I hope they will change the measurements in their schematics. I think with a little tweaking they would have an excellent product for residential use that is way less plastic-y than the majority of what is out there.

I just got this Coffee Maker and I can truly say it is a game-changer for busy mornings. The 74oz has just right size and weight and its stainless steel thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for hours without losing flavor. Brewing is fast and consistent, and the drip system produces a smooth, rich cup every time. The design is sleek and durable, perfect for daily use. Easy to clean and operate, this coffee maker makes mornings (and meetings) much better. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great coffee!

Never got a chance to use my new Sybo. I have to return it. It won't fit under my cupboards. Dimensions at Amazon AND in the manual state the coffee maker is "16.5" inches in height. It is NOT. The height of the machine is 18.5 inches. It won't fit on my counter. If it has truly been 16.5 inches then it would have fit. It's a shame. It looks like a good machine. Sorry to say Sybo has lost a sale because one of their marketing people was too lazy to verify specs before they published the advertising copy. Sybo lost two stars for the failure of their internet marketer.

The machine is fantastic and well-made. We bought it for events and have already used it with great success. Reasonable price for the quality. Also, SYBO's customer service is great. The machine was missing the plastic water receptacle lid. I reached out to customer service and they sent me the replacement part in about a week and at no charge. Much appreciated!
