They work great, but size up. Multiply your space/area by at least 3 and use that number to buy the correct size depending on your humidity level because it may run constantly if you don’t. I started with the 20 pint in a ~800 sq ft basement and it ran constantly trying to keep up. I had to return it. Decided to replace it with the 50 pint, and it’s keeping up much better now.

Bought this dehumidifier after doing a lot of research according to a lot of reviews online this is a top grade dehumidifier. I decided to buy the bigger one 50pint dehumidifier. It was easy to set up but was pretty heavy for its size I think is about 40lb. I ended up returning the dehumidifier because it would not read humidity over 30%. I turned the device off for 10-15 min but it never read accurately. The area that I tried using it in is usually 55%-60% humidity. Hate to say I was a bit disappointed and not sure if I would order again.

I like the compact size, efficiency, and that it’s fairly quiet. I am disappointed in two factors. The first, you cannot use the continuous drainage function when it is standing on the bottom cube. It now stands on top of the styrofoam packaging it arrived in, in a bathtub. Not esthetically pleasing. Second, there is no permanent timer function. I would have liked to have the dehumidifier automatically turn off and on every 12 hours, without having to change the timer by hand twice a day.
