Reasonably easy to install, but note that the hair dryer method isn't going to work. I had to break out the heat gun, since I already had that and not a hot pad. Perfect fit and finish, as good as original, at least in my case. Here is where the customer service comes in. 30 days exactly from when I ordered, it fell from my pocket and into my washing machine, which i had partially disassembled to repair. It fell onto a metal stud precicisely where the case didn't cover, the area near the camera/fingerprint sensor. Cracked slightly. When I went to Amazon to order another, I noticed the company's claim that they would replace if broken, for any reason, within the first month. They responded the next morning and had a new replacement sent out that day. No charge, not even shipping.Back to the ease of installation. My good results with that may be due, in part, to my experience with all things mechanical and should not, perhaps, be perceived as a universal outcome for someone for whom this is their first attempt at such an undertaking.The product itself is, however, of good quality and you can be fairly assured of helpful customer service should you encounter any problems.

I loved this rear glass cover for my Note9. After 3yrs years of good battery service my cellphone battery overheated and swelled up and heavily cracked my original rear cover.This kit 😍 came with everything that I needed except a "hair dryer" to loosen the adhesive to open phone.The one thing that helped make this a breeze to install correctly was that the glass cover already came with its included factory installed adhesive taped. Even if you mess up the alignment, just go over the edges with a hair dryer and repeat your steps. Tools aided installation also!YouTube has great installation demos!No need for expensive shop repairs.Do it yourself...🙂

I would have liked the enclosed instructions to be more through, and IN LARGER PRINT. I have good eyesight but needed a magnifiying glass to read the instructions that were on the size equivalent of two business cards. Why? Watch a few YouTube videos. The enclosed instructions are not much help, but they do suggest watching a video.

The adhesive glue was dried up. The instructions namby pamby, leaving out details. And then the cover cracked while putting it together,msomits far too thin and fragile. It IS cheap. You get what you pay for and this is pretty much a dud.

It cracked while installing with very light pressure I do not see any way to contact the company to get a replacement. They offer a replacement for any reason but how do I get a hold of them.EDIT: I am not sure if it was Amazon or the company I was sent a new kit free of charge, that's almost unheard of because I am the one that cracked the cover upon installing it.Outstanding customer service from all.

Came with everything that you need ((expect hot air gun or hair dryer)). Which I have one, came with instructions and warning that you may want to read. Over all great when not wanting to pay $150 for someone else to do it :)

Fraud,in their picture they state they use tempered glass not plastic and they sent a plastic cover
