I would recommend this for anyone working on their volleyball serves. I have definitely seen a difference in my daughter’s serves, and the strength of her hand when spiking. I also gave one of these to my diabetic relative to help with blood flow in their hands. We’ve had these for about a year now and I’ve only broken one, so they are very durable. Definitely recommend and definitely worth the purchase.

We’ve actually used this for both softball and volleyball, and it works pretty well for teaching the right motion. It helps build muscle memory, but it’s definitely made more for bigger hands-smaller hands don’t fit as well, which makes it less effective for younger players. Still, it’s a neat training tool if you want something simple to remind you of proper technique, just wish they made it in a smaller size also.

I bought 2 of these Spike Glove kits to help 2 nieces learn how to spike the Volleyball over the net and take it easy on their wrist and the palm of their hand in doing so. I will update this review once I hear from the 2 nieces how well the spike glove performed for them during this Volleyball Season.

My spike has improved so much. I got into volleyball late and never truly developed the proper spiking technique until I used this product. It is durable, well built and easy to use. Highly recommend!
