Bought this even though I had something smaller and somewhat functional. So glad I did. This works amazing. I make sour dough bread and it comes right off. It is the perfect size to fit on counter and make a regular batch of bread or cookies. It also cleans up in a snap. I just scraped an off the flour and it sprayed right off. Great purchase for the price!

THE GREATEST SILICONE BAKING MAT EVER. Three of my family members used this over the holidays and they are all avid bakers and were HIGHLY impressed with the design, thickness, ease of use, the lack of slipping on the counter while using, and that it lies flat even if it’s been rolled up. Mine is rolled up 365 days a year but lays flat every time I use it. It wipes clean and is a GREAT value for the cost. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would use it even once per year.

The mat is useful. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks the edges will start to fray.

I'm pleased with this and the price. It looks nice before use, folds to put away easily and behaves terrific when I roll out my dough. The lines are helpful for some projects. I feel this was a nice addition to my kitchen as we are actually making our own noodles and other things now. Really helps with the food budget to make our own instead of buying from the store. We had good family fun making our own noodles and was surprised how easy and fun it was. In addition to cost savings, and fun...we are glad to say good buy to so many additives and things included in packaged items. So we feel this little item has helped improve our lives. And clean up is a breezze.
