So soft, what I might call "squishy". Im going to get a 2nd one. I wouldn't call it firm because it's soft, cradles head. Great quality and I have no problem with the filling.

Love this pillow! I was skeptical. I had neck surgery 20 years ago. Couple levels fused zero pillow has worked for me in 20 years. I am always struggling with pillows. I've spent a lot of money on pillows guaranteed to work for your neck and they do not. I bought this on a whim without any hope. I am happy to say the last two nights that I've used it I've woken up with zero neck pain. I didn't even break the bank on this pillow. 100% worth it!! No BS!!

My friend recommended this pillow to me — she’s the type of person who even brings her own pillow when she travels. She said this one is super comfortable, and she was right. It feels really good to sleep on, supportive but still soft, and I’ve been sleeping better with it. The quality is surprisingly good too — the stitching is really clean, the fabric feels high-quality, and even the filling inside feels solid and well-made. Overall very satisfied!

Not giving a five star review because the feathers poked through the pillow and threw my pillowcases which are good sheets and they actually poke you and hurt I just reached out to the seller let’s see what they say I love sleeping on them they’re good pillows just don’t like the feathers sticking out or popping through! 😖

Perhaps one of the best pillows I have found after multiple attempts of purchasing brands of pillows over the years…+++ I finally decided to take a look at the tag to see what brand made it; I hadn’t a clue since I’ve purchased countless brands of pillows. It was beyond comfortable after a hard day recently, I wanted to order more immediately. I would recommend the AIKOFUL King Size pillows over any other brand on Amazon. Planning on purchasing in Standard and Queen, for other bedrooms. It has a firm yet plush soft hit when your head hits it. Honestly resembling that of the luxury/boutique hotel comfort that we’re always looking for. Worth the pricepoint-one gets what one pays for. I originally purchased these pillows looking for a happy medium. My husband likes semi firm pillows and I like soft pillows that I can scrunch up as I sleep on my side. I ordered these hoping it’d be just that - somewhere in the middle. They arrived well packaged without any smell. I threw them in my dryer on ‘air fluff’ for 15 mins. They came VERY fluffy and full. Almost too full. Felt exactly like a hotel pillow. Very luxurious, good quality feel. A comfortable firm and great amount of support initially without pain on our ears or neck. I was very satisfied. UPDATE: However, months later, my husband and I kept tossing and turning throughout the night and we couldn’t quite pin point what the issue was. We replaced our mattress so we knew that wasn’t the issue. I then realized our pillows were noticeably flatter. I gave them a few puffs of the hand, which sadly helped temporarily until our heads lied on it again. Then I said let me throw these back in the dryer on ‘air fluff’ like I had when I originally purchased them. It unfortunately fluffed up initially but still went flat as soon as our heads lied down. We did loose a couple of feathers sparingly on occasion. But I still can’t imagine it being enough feathers for it to be the reason on why it went flat. I’m just not quite sure what happened. But were ultimately disappointed as the pillows didn’t seem to last a year.

These pillows are great not too firm. Just perfect not hard on the neck..

This exactly the pillow I want to have. Low and great support😊😊😊. Don’t like high which brings too much pressure to my neck. This one is perfect.

I have been looking for good quality down pillows for a while - others have been very disappointing with minimal filling. These are amazing - I am very happy!
