Streets of Rage 4 - Anniversary Edition - PlayStation 4

There aren't too many local co op beat'em games on the PS4 but this from Dotemu is awesome! It's playable up to 4 players in local co op. Although the story campaign is a little short as expected for these types of games, it's still a whole lot of fun.

Perfect game with nostalgia. Disk runs smoothly, plays easily and works really fast.

Stellar game for those of us that grew up in the 90s playing beat em up’s. You won’t be disappointed! Jump in and have a blast.

I played and owned these Street of Rage games since Ii was a teen and owned a Genesis. Sat down and started playing it, guess what? You can play like Shiva! He is so bad ass that he doesn't use weapons, he kicks them back at the enemy. There's also the Tactical female that is a beast with her MMA moves has quickly become one of my favorites. The graphics are huge and vibrant, the music is there, story line and insane combos that your characters can perform in mid air! Like I said to those involved in making this game, thank you so much. Please go work on the next one.The price is way worth it, the seller sent it right away and brand new, the game is all on a disc, no DLC codes to redeem, other options for online play or store are on the disc menu. I believe there's more for me to explore, right now I am just too excited.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this game many, MANY times. It easily fits into the Streets of Rage franchise and easily competes with any of the legendary Capcom beat'em up arcade games from the past. I has a ton of unlockable past characters from the SoR franchise.I do have one minor gripe about the game. For those of us that enjoy trophy/achievement hunting, this game has a ton of single player only trophies/achievements. You have to beat the game with each character single player ONLY. Um, guys seriously, this is a co-op game, playing single player 8 times has been tedious for me, would much rather be playing co-op and enjoying the games as intended.

I'm a big fan of streets of rage and this bright back a lot of nostalgia. From the price to the shipping, I would recommend.
