I love eating broccoli! (I know a lot of people don't but, hey...it is what it is) This tool is a game changer 🎯 !!! I always had broccoli that would end up going bad because I loathed cutting it. What a mess! And it's so easy! No more wasting food. If you like eating broccoli (or cauliflower) but hate cutting it you've got to get this!

I'm on Keto. And when a person is on KETO, they tend to eat a LOT of the various and wonderful recipes made with CAULIFLOWER!! (Mashed, riced, baked, steamed, soup [cream of], faux-tato salad, "MAC" & cheese, etc. etc. etc! Ask Google for free keto recipes!) I actually enjoy eating cauliflower and would buy the nicest, whitest, largest head of cauliflower that I could find - and then let it sit and rot in my fridge due to the pain-in-the-neck chore of chopping up the cauliflower! One day while shopping on Amazon, I ran across this little gadget. I hemmed and hawed and finally broke down and bought one. Once it arrived here, I gave it an immediate try --- and to my utter amazement, IT WORKED! Within a *couple* of minutes, I had effortlessly pushed my way through the entire stem, leaves were gone, and my cauliflower was sitting there on the sideboard in flowerettes, ready to go! I swished this little marvel in running tap water to clean it off and popped it into a drawer near where I prep veggies, ready to go for the next time. MARVELOUS!!!! (It's sturdy stainless steel with a nice plastic handle, so no rust worries.) Believe it or not, IT IS NOT SHARP! But it cuts through a cauliflower like a hot knife through warm butter with nothing more than a push! I love this wonderful kitchen gadget that WORKS. It makes a formerly drudge-like chore like cutting up a cumbersome cauliflower with a sharp and dangerous kitchen knife turn into a lightening quick breeze to do! We're eating a LOT more healthy and versatile cauliflower now. YAY!!

I've only used it with cauliflower, but it does EXACTLY what I wanted. It is so sturdy, just the right size and works perfectly to immediately get the florets off the core intact. I used to always use a knife but would wind up with so much rubble and mess. This gives you a quick and perfect cut, so easy to use.

Have previously reviewed this item. It is wonderful. Just purchased 2 more for gifts and price has gone down under $5. There are no instructions that come with it, but I find it works best is the tool is used with the curve going in the opposite direction of the curve of the head of cauliflower. I would hate to give this item up!

Saw this demonstrated on James May Oh Cook and was intrigued, since we eat cauliflower regularly. Pleasantly surprised by the design, sharpness and results. Preps florets beautifully every time. Cleans easily. A good value for the money.

I hesitated in buying this, but I do eat a lot of cauliflower and I’m glad I went ahead and ordered it. It makes removing the husk from the edible portion so quick and easy. And it is much safer than a knife since it isn’t sharp. It really works! I made roasted cauliflower twice this week and this tool really made it easier and faster.

A kitchen MUST HAVE! I can't live without this nice tool to chop up Cauliflower! Using a regular knife just doesn't compare! I have purchased these as part of many bridal shower gifts. I keep buying more! Love!

I use the stalk of broccoli and cauliflower anyway but it gets the florets away so cleanly first! makes them easy to cut additionally. Great tool and trust me I'm limited on the tools I have room for. Will keep it in my rotation because I use broccoli and cauliflower constantly

I have frequently feared injury while separating florets of broccoli or cauliflower with a good kitchen knife. This little device makes the job so much easier and safer. Bravo, whoever thought of it! Gave it to a friend who had since thanked me profusely!

I bought this product a long time ago, from a local store and love it. My aunt from Germany came for a visit, used this tool and loved it so much, I ordered one for her to take home with her. It works very well on cauliflower and cabbage too. A great tool for your kitchen utensils!
