Allsum Bamboo Wood Cutting Board for Kitchen, 1" Thick Butcher Block, Cheese Charcuterie Board, with Side Handles and Juice Grooves, 16x11"

Had this Allsum bamboo board for over 1 year now, mostly butcher big pieces of beef and pork on it. I've maintained a cleaning, oiling and waxing regiment, and behold it still looks and works great. It hasn't split like another bamboo board that I have of a different brand, so this one is good. 5 stars from me.

Good quality. Cleans really easily and looks nice on my counter without taking up excessive amounts of space.

Great double sided cutting board. Thick, heavy and smooth . Use it everyday and it has held up well. I always hand wash and dry with a towel and air dry standing up before putting it away. Used a super fine sand paper and oil certain its quality

Okay cutting boards. I’ve noticed they are cracking in some places over time that we have used.

I sort of like this board. I like the size and it’s easy to clean. It’s a very solid board and a nice color. I don’t like the way it moves around while cutting it your food. I have to wet a paper towel and place it underneath the board so it doesn’t move around.

Bought this 20x15” bamboo cutting board to extend the left side of our RV kitchen counter. It adds tons of extra prep space without any mods or storage issues. Perfect size for chopping veggies or laying out ingredients on the road. 1” thick so it’s sturdy and doesn’t move. Dark bamboo looks nice and doubles as a charcuterie board for snacks. Used it a couple months through bumps, humidity, and temp changes with no warping or cracks after regular mineral oiling. Simple upgrade that makes our tiny kitchen way more usable.

Great for the price, does the job

It is a heavy-duty cutting board. A little heavy (which I wanted; I hate chasing a board across the counter). I followed the manufacturer's 'before first use' directions about 3 days ago. It is still weeping oil slightly (a few small areas look wet and feel slick). I suspect that little weep will be gone by the end of the week.

Solid, cleans easily. Even the little edge is easy to clean. Real wood, not a fake knock off. Is used almost daily and doesn't even look like a knife has touched it. Not really much else to say.

Good quality, good size for vegetable chopping, double-sided, sturdy but light enough to move easily.

Multi purpose cutting board for kitchen use. Solid and attractive!
