Q: Will this work for a nintendo switch and a roku stream bar?

Yes, you can connect anything with HDMI and will work. I have a Nintendo switch, Xbox series s and 2 laptops.

Q: Can it daisy chain two monitors via a single display port cable?

For this displayport KVM, each computer needs 2 DP cables + 1*USB cable to connect with KVM, we are producing DUAL monitor KVM that only needs 1 DP cable input (DP+HDMI output), DP (MST) KVM will be very fast Will be sold on Amazon.

Q: The product information says this has edid emulation, but reviews say it doesn't. does this have edid support or is the product description incorrect?

I can confirm this unit does NOT have EDID emulation. Therefore, any time you press a button to switch to another PC, all the windows will rearrange themselves to fit on the other remaining monitors. When you switch back to that PC, you'll have to manually rearrange your windows back onto the switched monitor. Nasty.

Q: What kind of warranty length are you offering? I'm seeing some reviews of this switch failing after a few months.

I purchased the 5-Port HDMI Switcher - 5 Inputs 1 Output HDMI Switch Box for TV, Supports 4K 60Hz, ARC, CEC, HDCP, HDR - Ideal for Roku, Apple TV, PS4, Xbox, Blu-ray, Cable Box - Remote Control Included to connect multiple computers to my 55 in Sony TV. I don't know what your use needs are but this has worked fine for mee since I purchased it in May, 2022.
