I’ve been obsessed with this chocolate collagen and have been telling all my friends about it. I add a scoop to yogurt with frozen cherries, and it turns into my favorite chocolate cherry smoothie. In fact, I liked it so much that I made a few friends come over to try it, and now they’re hooked too! The chocolate flavor is mild (which I actually love), so it doesn’t overpower everything else in the blender. It gives me just enough chocolate flavor while letting the cherries shine. I’ve been using it consistently and have noticed my hair and nails seem stronger. I also wear lash extensions, and my natural lashes seem healthier and more resilient than before. Easy to mix, easy to enjoy, and now a permanent resident of my pantry.

Very good product. I use oat milk or coffee. Water is does not taste to my liking. There is no odor and texture is great. I could say it’s helped with nails and my joints being stable

This is my first time trying any type of collagen powder. And the chocolate flavor sounded great to me to add to my coffee since I love mocha. The directions say to add 4 tablespoons to 8oz fluid but that seemed like A LOT so I added one tablespoon into my cup of coffee and it turned into a sludge at the bottom of my cup that did not dissolve. And, it made my coffee super sweet that I ended up dumbing the whole cup :( I tried making it with one heaping teaspoon of this powder and that was still barely drinkable. So I tried adding this to the plain Greek yogurt and sprinkled some granola on top and that was delicious. That'll be my go-to way to eat yogurt from now on. We'll see the effectiveness of it long term as I was hoping that this would repair my splitting fingernails.

This is a good tasting collagen! I just put a few tablespoons in a cup of hot water and it tastes like cocoa. It’s super soluble, it smells just like chocolate, it tells how many scoops on the side of the container. I started using the plain collagen and this is by far way better and much easier to swallow:) This one tastes good.

I love this stuff! I genuinely notice a difference after a day or two-- particularly in my nails. I like to drink it as a hot chocolate and mix with almond milk. Sometimes will pour some frothed milk over top. And sometimes I mix PB powder too. Also good in smoothies. It takes quite a bit of stirring if you drink hot, but if you get a clump, I personally think it just tastes good, lol. It's fairly pricey, but the serving size does call for 4 TBSP-- I tend to half it for how I drink it so that I can get more use.

I've had a problem taking collagen peptides in the past. I just couldn't get past the taste. There was always something very "bovine" about it. Even brands that touted their product was tasteless - wasn't. Even THIS particular brand - the unflavoured version - I couldn't bear the taste. I tried taking capsules but to get the required amount of collagen I needed to take 39 capsules a day, so that didn't work. Then I happened to find Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Chocolate and let me tell you it is DELICIOUS! Zero "bovine" taste and very, very yummy. It is very chocolatey, very rich and I mix it with hot water so I am having a decadent hot chocolate that is good for me. If I mixed it with hot milk it would be even more delicious. So now I will use all of the product instead of throwing it out, I'll be adding health building collagen to my body for my skin, hair, nails, bones, joints, elasticity and all the other good stuff collagen supplementation does for us as well as satisfying my love of chocolate! Mmmmm mmmmm!
