They block blue light completely but red light penetrates through them. They do however reduce the intensity of the red light significantly, so you can use them in red light therapy, but your eyes will still be flooded with red, just, manageably. Recommend wearing 3 pairs on top of eachother for someone who wants to block all red light when standing in front of a red light, but it's not completely necessary, one pair reduces intensity by like 95%. The nose bride is hard plastic, not metal wire. You can bend it to adjust the distance between the eye pieces, but not by much. They thankfully fit my eyes well, not much adjustment needed. Someone with a narrow nose or a broad nose might have issues though. Recommend.

Goggles are good but the tie back is very loose, dosent hold. Will have to tie your own knot.

This s a good product. I am using to keep a used green tea bag on my eyes when it has a burning feeling. This goggles help to keep them on my eyes ;)

They do the job of blocking red light from the home device I use. The hard plastic could be made softer as they can be uncomfortable pressing into my eye sockets.

I use an LED mask and these goggles block out most the bright light , however the red light still shows through, just more bearable with these on! I find they leave indents on my eyes so I put a cotton round on my eyes first then the goggles and that helps a lot

No se adaptan totalmente (sobra) y al ser rígidas es difícil modificar.

Funktionieren sehr gut. Die Strahlung des IR Lichtes geht gar nicht durch. Sehr gute Schutz für die Augen.

Nutze sie, wenn ich mich unter die Infrarot-Lampe setze. Man sieht dann natürlich gar nichts mehr, das ist aber auch nicht weiter tragisch. ^^ Größe ist gut
