Tennis player now an avid padel player but kept changing my grip in padel which you are not supposed to do. This helps me a lot and I play with it in place all the time as I don't trust myself ,even after two years to play without it.

I have played with a continental grip for 30 years and bought this to try and change to a semi western grip and finally get some topspin on the ball. Didn't think it would work but boy was I wrong, This clever thing gave me the confidence to hit the ball knowing I had the grip right and within a few hits had topspin forehands galore and was cracking the ball across the court. Even better is with the grip fix on it has altered my backhand as well and improved that too. Get one!

Excellent training aid. I am an LTA Coach and can thoroughly recommend it, despite the rather high price tag.

I would not recommend at all

This is such a great tool, I use this with all my students. Easy to put on rackets. I got the small and it fits anything from a 21 inch racket to a 26
