Sawgrass SG500 Sublimation Printer with Inks, 330 Sheets SUBLIMAX Paper, 3 Rolls Tape, White

I dislike having to “workaround” to get what I need (filling ink from bottles). This printer was easy to set up and I started crafting right away. The only downside I see is the price of each ink - approximately $70 for each, and there are 4.

Worked once and never worked again

I was so excited but nervous at the same time to get my swg500 yesterday. Only to open it this morning and it has a broken hinge on the top lid where the print head is. And a long black thing sitting in side it not attached to any thing. In the back where the cord goes. It is crooked and loose. Such a dissappointment on this product for how much it cost. Tried to do a return and replacement. It looks like right now all I can do is return it. Then I have to reorder it. Ughh

Sawgrass would not honor the warranty on my printer not grabbing the paper. I have been back and forth trying to actually talk to someone! No email address for corporate. When I call I get voice mail. I leave a message and I get no return call. I would think a reputable business would back their product by having communication availableI have texted with "chat" and they tell me someone will call me. Never happens. I have answered spam calls even thinking it might be sawgrass. Sawgrass is QUICKSAND! paid $700 to have my printer for 2 months!!

sublimation it will not turn on wrote sawgrass 3 times saying they need pict sent them to them saying thay need more will never buy this product again it is suppost to still be under warranty

Hello i was trying to return this item and it stated that the return window was closed on august 14th. my wife used only 2 times and the printer stopped printing for no reason.

This product is garbage. There is never a nice print. no color . seller is indifferent. I do not recommend. waste of money and time
