Not fast, but effective.
The sticky traps aren’t quick but they are effective. The gnats rode in on potted plants in the fall. I think our gnats are about gone.

Would buy again.
Works as expected. Catches flies that land on product. Easy to use. Double sided. No scent that I could tell. Used in indoor plants with finger flies. Easy to remove.

root fungus DESTROYED
Works great! they’re plenty sticky & cost the same as the others on here but the black is a lot less ugly than the other options & the gnats still stick to them all the time. We stuck them all over the place & the plants are happier. Gnats obliterated!!

Sticky notes for plants, who knew? 😊
I have a lot of plants and was so happy to find these. I didn’t know they even made them, found them on Amazon! Lol. They do a wonderful job of catching plant nats. The only thing that I would recommend is that they make the bottom that goes into the dirt, the little pointy end a little stiffer because sometimes it’s hard to get them down into the dirt without sticking to the plant and tearing his leaves. The size is great for house plants and they are cute as far as design. They do a very good job.

Cute accent to your flower pots....and they really do, do their job!
I wish that I purchased more! These are so cute and well worth the few bucks they cost. I purchased some plants from a local store and noticed after even repotting some that they must of had gnat larvae that recently hatched. So after reviewing different ways to get my guests to leave I stumbled across these. I liked these because there was not harmful sprays and it wasn't any bulky sticky trap sitting on my counter or windowsill. Needless to say, I was so excited when they came that I had to put them in my plants prior to going to bed that night. I was.a little skeptical, but when I woke up the next morning and saw all the gnats that were stuck to the traps I was a lil shocked. I had no idea that there was that many gnats in my plants! I also loved how easy peasy they were to use! You simply open the box and remove them from the inner packaging and un-peel the dual sided covering and push the product down in your pot. Caution these are sticky...but they are suppose to be and did I mention how absolutely adorable these look in your potted plant? I purchased the yellow, with spring coming I needed something bright and to me the yellow just looks appealing with the greenness of the plants. Honestly, these were a game changer and when my stash runs low, I will be re-ordering.

Very sticky.
I ordered these due to the gnat I had in one of my plants. They worked well. The gnats get stuck to them. They last a long time.

Works for the most part
Works for the most part. I like that the black color is much less noticeable than the yellow I used previously. There's an odd small hole punched in each one though, not sure why. Unfortunately the black traps seem significantly less sticky than the yellow, I watched a gnat walk right across the surface (albeit with some difficulty) but it still escaped. 🤦🏼♀️ Guess I will 'stick' to the yellow ones!

I was a bit skeptical at first wondering if these sticky traps would actually trap anything. Wow! It's incredible what you catch on these. I've caught so many gnats or fruit flies that otherwise I wouldn't have caught. I tried using various liquid traps with vinegar etc.. but in my opinion and with me trying them over and over, they absolutely did NOT work. These sticky traps are ingenious! They're affordable too! One suggestion for consumers, if would want to make them stretch longer and cover around your plant more (you might be down to your last few), you can cut them up the center from the bottom arrow that sticks into the ground all the way to the top where that hole in the center is. So your butterfly will look like it's been split in half as well as the other shape it comes with. I recommend that you also monitor how many bugs you have stuck on those shapes and if it's starting to look crowded please change them for some fresh ones. Doing this will also show you if the problem is dying down meaning the surface isn't being covered with them as much so maybe the critter problem is coming to an end OR it will show you if the sticky strips keep filling up you'll know that they're still hanging around like the unwelcome guests that they are. Also as I mentioned, they have that hole on the top so you could hang them versus staking them into soil. Either way you will be AMAZED at what you catch. Highly recommend. Love the bright yellow because it attracts them much like a bright light would.

I was dealing with fruit flies, and these sticky traps work! The flies stick to them easily, and they help keep my space bug-free. I placed them in all my indoor plants, and they’ve been super effective. Simple, affordable, and does exactly what it promises.

I put these in some of the pots of my tomatoes and strawberries this morning. So far, my one large cherry tomato pot has a bunch of gnats stuck on the trap, but my other plants have not got any bugs trapped yet. It hasn't been much time though. My one biggest complaint is that the backings are difficult to remove in one piece, they almost always rip appart no matter what I do leaving me trying to pick the rest of it out of the glue. I get tired of trying to get the glue off of my fingers. I know it is non-toxic, but I still don't want to add any of it to the sandwich, or salad, I'd like to make after my work is done - it can be very hard to remove... vegetable oil might help
