Good product, but damaged
Horrible experience. I got a used a used product, with visible damage, the product is working fine. Easy to use, followed some YouTube video as the instructions manual is missing in the box. No reply even after raising complaints twice. Please send a replacement.

No warranty since Nikita distributor sticker was not their on the product
The trigger that I have received didn’t have the Nikita distributor sticker on the product which is very essential to claim the warranty on the product if any thing happens to the product within the warranty period. Although the product received was working and no issue with the product but as a customer you won’t have the peace of mind regarding the warranty as the item won’t be covered under warranty because of the missing sticker on the product. I would highly recommend to purchase Godox products from store so that you will have the warranty on the product since their is no difference in price between online and offline. If their was a huge deal on the product then one could understand that their is no warranty on the product. Highly disappointed with the recent orders that I made.

Most worst Xt2 trigger
plz don't buy dis xt2 trigger for Sony a7 4 cameras it's very very tight & uncomfortable to use worst hotshoe idea from godox......buy godox xpro trigger it's metal hotshoe it works good....
