First, let me say that I'm not the type of person to believe the hype of some new product and blindly follow the crowd. I've always had very slow growing hair, and when I say slow, I mean VERY SLOOOW. My hair has never been longer than my shoulder blades. Additionally, my hair is very thin. About half a year ago, I bought this product after talking to a college friend of mine. At the beginning of the semester, she really damaged her hair by over bleaching it and had to cut it into a shoulder length bob. A few months later, I happened to mention how jealous I was that her hair grew so fast (it grew out several inches), because my own would never recover and grow out that fast. She told me she just used this product. I did some Googling and figured - why not? I should give this a try.I took the 60 capsules and sort of forgot about it, but then several months later I had a family reunion. My aunt and cousins could not get over how "long and gorgeous" my hair has become. They even said - "what happened here? Your hair used to be like two threads just dangling there, now you have all this hair and its so long! You have to tell us your secret" Without a doubt it was thanks to this supplement. I know that supplements are not pharmaceuticals and they take time to work, so I didn't notice the changes overnight, but for my family who hasn't seen me in a few months, the change was like night and day. They are all taking it now and I am very eager to see them again to see the changes for myself. If you purchase this supplement, be patient and be sure to take your dose every day in order to reap its benefits. Also, this supplement is great because it is completely odorless and tasteless. I have used this product for probably 10 years now, and it's a staple in my supplement regimen. When I am consistent, I notice healthier hair and steady hair growth. I notice fingernail growth especially! My sister has also been using it for years since I've recommended it to her. In my experience, consistency is key! Sometimes I'm lackadaisical about taking it (e.g. taking only one a day instead of two, going days and sometimes weeks without taking it, etc.), but when I'm consistent I see the best results! Highly recommend :)

High quality product. This product also comes in a liquid so you could blend in your drinks for fast absorbency. But the vitmamen capsules are easy to swallow and it really improves your hair growth and thickness.

I started taking Biosil 3-4 years ago...initially as a means of improving bone density and joints. It's not so easy to tell exactly what sort of benefits I may have gotten in those areas; but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in hair, skin, and nails. I'm pretty sure that it has noticeably helped my skin; but the most dramatic changes are in my hair and nails. My hair was already fairly thick and on the Biosil it gained much more body right at the scalp. Instead of it laying heavy at the part; it has much more "lift" and body. My fingernails have always been horrible...really thin and weak. I wasn't a nail-biter but my nails peeled so badly that there was never any edge of nail extending beyond the quick. While I'll never have pretty nails; with the Biosil supplement, they're much stronger and no longer peel. I keep them short since I work with clay and oil paints; but all ten nails generally have a healthy 1/8 to 1/4 inch extension. Since using Biosil, I have to say this is the first time EVER that I've had to file down my nails. Before finding this great price on Amazon, I had stopped taking them for about 6-8 months. The change in my nails was most immediately noticeable with the peeling returning, followed by a more obvious "lankness" in my hair.

I ordered these capsules after my hair girl told me to try them. After surgery, supposedly you lose hair and your skin becomes super dry. I guess because all of my previous surgeries were when I was in my 20's, that I never noticed hair loss or anything. Now that I am in my 40's, I guess I need to accept the fact that I'm over the hill. Lol.My widow's peaks were receded pretty bad, my hair felt like straw hay, and my skin was flaky, where when I took off my undergarments, you could see dead skin flying off, like the girl in Breakfast Club when she shook her head and dandruff went onto her picture. Lol. Needless to say, it's gross.I started taking these, but not as much as she recommended, because I am also trying not to create bigger scars than I already have. Collagen can make your scars worse so to offset it, I've ordered the silicone serum, and I also ordered silicone tape for when I'm going to be out and about and don't won't to feel like the serum is getting sweated off.I took them as the label suggested, and after a month, I noticed my heals weren't as dry - which we all know that keeping your heals hydrated is the hardest, and I noticed I wasn't shedding as much. My skin, overall, isn't flaky anymore, but it's still dry so I have been using coconut oil after my shower.All in all, if I had to say if it works, I will say that it has to work somehow because I don't put oil on my heals and my hair is usually shedding all day. It still sheds, but not as much. I've also been taking a multivitamin, and I used to never do that prior to my surgery. I guess after you spend a ton on trying to make your body look like it used to prior to having children, you realize you need to take better care of it.These capsules definitely will be part of my regimen of supplements I will be taking from now on.

This is a great product that’s why the stars . However, my productdelivered on Saturday had a crushedbox. I tried to process for a refund /return and was told it did not qualify Might think of changing a supplier next time ….🤷‍♀️
