I really love this backpack—it’s such a smart and practical design! The insulated & leakproof cooler function is a total game changer. It keeps my food warm and cold drinks chilled for about 2–4 hours, which is perfect for long days at work or school. The insulation is high quality, easy to wipe clean, and the cooler compartment (10.7 x 5.7 x 7 inches) is roomy enough for a full lunch without feeling bulky. Im a flight attendant and this bag is absolutely perfection! I can store multiple meals inside the cooler section and with ice packs it actually stays cold even after a 12 hour duty day. My tablet, kindle, over the ear headphones and small bag with essentials fit perfectly inside. The multiple pockets carry my chargers, multiple small bags that hold different things, my wallet, car keys, etc. Side pockets hold a small umbrella and gloves and the other one holds a 20 oz water bottle when needed. The back pocket holds face masks and emergency sanitary pads. The thing with this bag is just learning how to use the pockets - I learned how to minimize what I bring into small bags but omg I can fit SO much! The bag goes through so much from constantly being shoved into overhead bins and the quality is probably a 6/10 (has a small rip in the back that I sewed and small scratches on the front). BUT I’ve had the bag for months and from the amount of distress it goes through, it’s held pretty well. I always recommend it to my coworkers, it’s seriously perfect! (Oh one more thing, with everything I shove into this bag, it is pretty heavy but it comes with a travel strap that fits well over the handle of my suitcase so I don’t have to carry it. Overtime the travel strap does get a bit loose but I just also move the straps on the top of the bag over the handles and it helps to keep the bag from slipping.)

Next month is 4 years of daily use for work and this backpack still fits all of my needs with no durability issues at all. I love the way it opens from the top instead of zipping down the sides. It is comfortable to wear and I am exactly the kind of person that doesn't need one more thing to keep track of so the built in lunch section is perfect for me. It's not completely water right but has still saved my laptop from leaky lunch containers more times than I can count

It's a good bag, a lot of compartments. It's difficult to wash because of the usb part, so I ended up just throwing it in the washer anyways and removing the thick metal wires inside the edges of the opening. It's so much better now that I don't have to worry about a stiff zipper line.

The professional pictures do not do it justice. This book bag is very roomy and the material is great. It allows me to take my gym clothes and my lunch without using multiple separate bags which was my goal but I could still pack more items if I need to. It looks professional, is quite durable, water proof, and overall a great value for the money. Food stays cool, and it doesnt impact the items in the main container. I also love the side pockets. I use one side for my water bottle and the other for my umbrella. Highly recommend it.

I bought this bag when I started my new job and I am OBSESSED. I wanted to minimize the amount of bags I needed to carry to work. Purse plus laptop bag plus lunch box was too much. This bag was exactly what I wanted. Lunch box is really good at keeping things cold, bag has plenty of space for my laptop and work notebooks/supplies, and the number of pockets provides space for all my necessaries (wallet, phone, keys), mouse and keyboard, and whatever else I need to toss in. The bag isn't huge, but it's well designed to keep things organized. It even has some added supports to the top opening, which keeps it from sagging and distorting too much. The cloth feels sturdy and durable and I haven't found any quality issues with the seams. I find the backpack straps to be comfortable, but if there is anything I would change, it would be those. I usually just wear my bag for 15-20 mins at a time, which isn't a problem, but the padding isn't as thick as some backpacks use and I could see it becoming uncomfortable with prolonged use.

I love this bag. It is the best work bag I have ever had. It fits my laptop, charger, coffee mug, water bottle, cardigan and lunch. I love that I can clip my keys at the top so I don`t lose them in my bag. It is so comfortable as a backpack to wear. So many secret zips.

I’ve been using this as my work bag daily for months now and it has withstood the task. I love that it has a place for my lunch and I don’t have to pack a separate bag. Highly recommend!
