Great item, fast charging and easy to use.

After being stood throughout winter with no more the alarm being turned off and on to access my motorhome I found the battery had rundown to 6 volts. So I got my car battery charger out and tried charging the battery only to find it kept shutting down with an error which showed the charger wasn’t able to charge such a large battery. So I purchased the Nexpeak 12/24v 10amp charger and oh my god this thing just went to work and charged the battery in about 4/5 hours great buy at a very good price.

It's full of functions but short on cable length which slightly limits it placement. I removed my battery which made itself easier to use. I've no Idea if the repair function works but normal charging certainly does and it's great that when fully charged it cuts off automatically.

Fantastic charger, very quiet fan when running. very compact. Goes through several stages of checking to ensure the battery is not overcharged restores it to its current maximum capacity. Easy to follow instructions.

Excellent value item and easy to use and understand. These minus degrees nights in UK was draining my 1 year old SUV car battery down to 40% every few days, and I don't drive more than 5 mins to work, so this trickle charge setting has been a battery life saver! I wanted something cheap but effective and this charger worked out great! Highly recommend, though will mention cable is short. Not an issue for me as I run extensions to the car and keep connections under the bonnet to protect from weather, but would be silly not to mention.

Good device easy to operate

Al conectarlo se ha puesto en modo error y no deja camabiar a ningún otro modo de carga, es más, el botón mode como si no existiera. Y no es la primera vez que uso este tipo de cargadores. Totalmentre decepcionado y una pérdida de tiempo total. Lo he devuelto.

My sister's car has a faulty alternator so her battery needs charging frequently until she can get a new alternator. She was using a battery charger from the big W retailer and it finally just stopped charging. I decided to help her out and order this Nexpeak battery charger mainly for its price point and it's pulse repair feature. It's a nice looking small box that you simply connect to the AC power and then connect to battery. It defaults to standard lead acid battery mode so first use was simple. While it's charging it it shows a diagram of a battery with bars that flash and stay lit as it charges showing 0-100% in 20% increments. On the left of the display you'll see DFS for about five minutes where it's going through a small repair mode (desulfurization stage) then begins charging. Information was shown such as the temperature of the charger, the Voltage, and Amps. It charged between 13v and 14v staying over 9 amps having the battery almost full in as little as four hours. The charger has a built in fan as well to be sure it stays optimally cool as it charges. The quality of the box is great for the price range. It's all plastic but it's not super cheap feeling and the clamps are also nice. It's small enough as well to easily take it where ever you may need it making it extremely portable. Really the only biggest draw back I can see if the AC cord is very short so either expect to have the battery very close by or grab an extension cord to hook up with it. I almost forgot the mode button on this charger too. Its a touch capacitive button which with a simple touch it will cycle modes. Those modes being STD (Standard lead acid battery), AGM/GEL, WET, Motorcycle Trickle and lastly Repair. I have seen in other reviews folks mentioning issues with the touch button in getting it to work correctly. I wonder if the issues they may be having could be due to the plastic screen protector that is on it for packaging. I removed it as soon as I took the charger out of the box and have had no issues myself. It's charged her battery up now about three times with no issues at all and soon I'm going to test the repair mode on my battery that is aging and see what results I get. Overall though for the price it's hard to beat and highly recommed!

Winter- & Wartungsbetrieb: Die Funktionen zum Erhalten der Batterie im Winter und zur Desulfatierung sind goldwert. Die Batterie wird spürbar gepflegt und hat eine längere Lebensdauer. Fazit: Ein rundum durchdachtes, sicheres und leistungsstarkes Ladegerät. Es ist jeden Cent wert und hat mich schon aus so mancher Notlage (z. B. nach versehentlich angelassenem Licht) befreit. Für jeden, der Wert auf ein langes Batterieleben legt oder ein zuverlässiges Ladegerät für die Werkstatt oder den Heimgebrauch sucht, ist dies die perfekte Wahl. 5 Sterne ohne Einschränkung – klare Kaufempfehlung!
