As soon as this product arrived, before any use the main zipper was messed up. It had two zippers, but only one zipper functions to close. The other zipper will move, but zips open both directions. Have now been using product close to 4months and already time to replace because the strap connectors have broken multiple times, at this point beyond repair.

I bought this mid Dec. It has been only 3 months and one of the straps just torn apart :( as if it was old straps. My son doesn't use starps often either as he pulls the bag with handle most of the times. But now when he cannot pull and needs to put the bag like backpack, oh well that won't work anymore!!!

What my 4th grader wanted but then realized its heavier that a regular back pack and sometimes he has to carry it. Great quality with lots of pockets
