Anyone had any problems using this with Alexa Echo?

I chose not to use it with Alexa. I don’t want anyone to be able to unlock it by saying unlock, etc. it only takes a minute to unlock it with the code.

Does this work with Ring alarm system?

Yes, as long as you have the base station set up (may also need a z-wave extender). I had one of these locks pre-installed on my house and was able to pair it to my Ring system without problem.
