LOVE, LOVE, LOVE , this quinoa! I go through 2-3 boxes a month, and I live alone ! I cook it in chicken broth for extra flavor. Excellent product, great price.

I definitely recommend this rice. I have been using it for years. It's simple to make. Just put in a bowl of water & microwave for ten minutes or boil it on the stove. Comes out perfect every time. It stands up to adding to dishes & cassaroles cooked in the oven after cooking really well too.

So easy to prepare. Can be made on stove or by using a microwave. We drop bag in water and boil for 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove bag, open and serve. This is great for those without a rice cooker. The ingredients label list enriched rice. Note: Family size means more rice in a larger bag. In picture with 2 bags, 1 bag is regular and other is Family size. For 2 I use 1 regular bag.

Wasn't sure how I'd like boil in bag rice but it actually turned out pretty good. The concept still throws me off but the rice cooked well and tasted just fine
