This stuff works miracles. I lacatated my finger less than 2 weeks ago. A friend recommended this wound wash and said it worked wonders for a family member. After using it for less than a week, the area is starting to grow back. It cleans the wound extremely well with little to no burn. I was worried about infection, but this eased my mind. I can't get over how quickly the wound is healing after using this. As others have said, there is a chemical smell as it is not a saline solution.

My dog had an emergency surgery and a friend, who is a neonatal nurse, advised me to use this product to keep her wound clean and I have seen remarkable improvement at the wound site for the few days I've been using Vashe for her wound care. Wow. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I came across this product. The price is outrages when the product comes out like plain water but hear me out. I have a huge candida fungal infection all over my body with burning searing rashes and open wounds. Very painful. Even going into my private parts. I’ve been washing with a fungal soap and it just dried me out and made wounds and rashes worse. The huge open wounds and rashes in my inner thigh even though I’d wash daily then over night , by morning they smelled like death. Something dead. So gross. My significant other said I can’t believe someone can smell likeI’d wash thoroughly. Rinse with distilled water. Still had slight death decay smell. Used Vashe and was pissed at first because the high cost of the product and it came out came out like water. 8 ounce bottle and I used half in one wash because rashes and wounds are all over my body. Next morning I woke up. No death smell. This in just two days now of using this product I can tell wounds and rashes healing. Doctor putting me on high dose fluconazole to help heal. But this watery substance vashe is a miracle in a bottle. No more smell. Starting healing after only two days. Expensive but worth it. Wash your rash and wounds first. Then rinse well. Then add vashe and let set for 3-4 min. Rinse. Pay dry and dry rest with blow dryer on cool. I highly recommend this product. Just wish Vashe would make this more budget friendly.

Product works amazing which is why i’m giving it 4 stars. It stinks, however it saved me from another surgical wound clean up. Burns a little with scrubbing the slough off but it worked. I’m taking a star off because the bottle leaks so I have to be really careful when I have to take it to work. I may put it in another bottle because it’s too expensive to waste. But i’m happy to say I now have a clean healthy granulating wound bed.

Purchased to use post abdominalplasty surgery. My sutures are covered with paper tape but when I have a shower I spray this all over everything and let it dry. I have a home care nurse come every few days to check on me and they all get excited when they see the bottle of Vache and say it is a wonderful product. I purchased from here but was told that you can also get a prescription for it, just FYI. It does smell a bit like bleach.

My husband had surgery and the health nurse used it to clean the wound. It worked well. She had run out and asked if I could get some. I ordered 3 bottles because I knew it was going to be a long process. Just after it came they sent him to the wound clinic and they supplied the supplies he required. Now I have 3 bottles which I won't use in a very long time.

I've been using this is a high quality wound cleanser in recent months with very good results. It's great for scrapes, cuts, mild burns and for pressure sores. Each time a bandage is changed I put Vashe on a piece of general purpose medical gauze (fully damp to wet, but not dripping), place it on the wound & surrounding area, and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes then gently pat the skin dry. It does not sting! No infections for me, and faster healing than previously. It's a liquid with a bottle top that lets you drip a few drops at a time or more if you want. Even if you used it once a day it should last many weeks. The name is pronounced "vash", (like wash) without the e.

I use this whenever I have a wound. My wounds take a long time to heal. So, once or twice daily, I squirt Vache on some gauze and place it over the wound. I time it for 10 minutes, then remove the gauze. I am pleased to say that this product is wonderful. It dries out and cleans the wound. I have one wound that I got in January, and since I started using Vache, the wound is close to being fully healed. I am so pleased.
