I bought this book because I'm interested in proactively stopping osteoporosis - a disease that has crippled my mother. The book is written by medical professionals and the "protocol" has been proven to work. I already follow a keto way of eating and this book promotes this as a way of strengthening bone health but goes a step further through vitamin/mineral supplementation. It will be come my "go to" health book! Love it!

I bought this book and began the program immediately a few weeks ago, with the formulations this doctor team has formulated. I know that it will cure my osteoporosis, which has begun to cause compression fractures. It is my only hope of reversing the issue, since I had taken the awful toxic bisphosphonates drug years ago for a full 7 years with horrible adverse side effect: 2 molars had to be removed because necrosis of my jaw had made them loosen., my femurs were experiencing bone pain, and my toenails had turned dark. And recently at my spine specialists office, the respectable specialist actually scolded me for not taking those meds longer, for every year of my life, can you believe the words he said to me ?!!? I was disappointed by this book. While the book does contain some valuable nutritional information, most of the recipes are for the author's nutritional products. Some of the studies/research cited seem anecdotal which is further reinforced by the use of vague language when presenting such.

Has a few useful bits of information but it reads like a constant advert for their products which is off putting.
