These bulbs are 75W and they are brighter, come with a QR code label on each which makes it super easy to link to your Philips Ecosystem. So far these lights are an excellent upgrade all around. I've been using Hue bulbs for 5+ years now. They work great, and are fairly bright. Larger rooms will likely need a few bulbs, which can get pricey. That is really the biggest gripe, is the price. There are many cheaper competitors out there, but I am so deep into the Hue ecosystem that I may never get out! Being able to control the lights with my phone is definitely my favorite feature. Hue also sells remotes that you can adhere to the wall, next to your normal light switch, or you can just keep the remote handy on a coffee table or end table. Personally I find the phone most convenient though. On iOS (and I would imagine Android as well) you can set up shortcuts, where you can preconfigure an action for the lights when you press an icon on your homepage. For example, i press "work" and all the lights turn off, and my office lights turn on. I press "bed time" and all of the lights in the house turn out. Another great feature is the "alarm clock" setting. You can set your wakeup time and the lights will gradually turn on up to 30 minutes before, and gradually get brighter until reaching max brightness at the wakeup time that you set. Another nice automation feature is the location based settings. For example you could have the lights turn on when you are coming home from work. Or even better, you can make the lights flash red when your significant other is coming home! Overall, they work great. I'm a happy customer, i would give 5 stars if they were priced more competitively.

There qre lot's of colors to choose from and it was easy to set up.

As usual, Philips has the best quality lighting. Perfect reproduction of color, can be both internet connected, and local-only. While still plastic, isn't cheap or easy to break, fits just like any other light bulb. Local-only setups are snappy to react to requests, and I have even had fast, really instantaneous updates with home-assistant. It also dims fine using light dimmers, but compatibility will depend on the dimmer.

These actually changed my life. I love using them instead of alarms to wake up in the morning. Now at 6:30 AM all the lights gently come on and blast me in the face which naturally causes me to awaken without feeling groggy. I love that there’s no BS subscription model, and the app is programmed very well. Hats off the developers - I know in theory it should be simple, but I’ve seen much worse out there for control apps.

I bought some hue stuff in 2015 when it was on sale VERY cheap - i've been slowly expanding my infrastructure since and i love the customizable features of the environment. picking up these bulbs when they go on sale is the best bet. i haven't had any die on me in 10 years so i guess they're worth the investment. i have a bunch of different styles of these lights and will continue to expand my ecosystem

Si sabes usar la app te Alexa, y haces tus automatizaciones y comandos de voz, puedes sacarle muchísimo provecho a esta lampara por el precio que tiene. Me encanta la flexibilidad que hay con colores de luz fríos y cálidos, solo toma en cuenta que los demás colores como rojo, azul, morado, etc, no tienen tanto brillo, pero realmente solo los usas para ambientar y estar cómodo.
