My product stopped pumping water. How can I get a replacement? It's under warranty

Hi, please refer to this video and clean the inside of the pump, usually it is something that got stuck at the impeller and it will start working after some cleaning. If this doesn't work, please reach out to AA Aquarium's customer service, there is a 1-Year limited warranty on the pump.

Will this kill off hair algae in a saltwater tank?

I can only assume that it will not. I use the smaller version in my 10 gallon tank occasionally and it appears to have no effect on filamentous algae. It is very effective at combating algae bloom / microscopic, free-floating algae though.

Does this work with live plants? How will it effect my live plants drawf frogs??

It won't negatively affect your live plants, dwarf frogs, or beneficial bacteria. Nitrifying bacteria are primarily attached to surfaces in the aquarium, not free-floating, so the UV light in this device can't harm them.
