Are these natural pearls or fake?

They are made of crushed pearl shells. I love mine and have alternated daily between the 3 pairs of this type that I bought. I wear at least 8 hours. Perhaps use the plastic backings on the hoop to steady it. I use them often. Also try coconut oil or lotion on the posts and lobes to reduce friction and reapply when absorbed. Gold prices are rising and I have begun to save wear on my all gold and FWP pearl drops. Additionally, I wanted a 10 to 13 mm size that is hard to find at affordable prices. My piercings are not huge and these fit perfectly. The color is a bright white but goes well with my cultured strand. The clasp is perfect and has a secure snap on closing. I think engineered well. It is a fantastic price. I hope the dissatisfied customers try again. Amazon works well to resolve issues in a timely manner. I got an excellent deal.

These are really, very pretty and very well-made. Seem very sturdy as well. My only suggestion, just personal preference - I would prefer 7-8mm pearls for everyday wear, as I would normally wear 12 mm for dressier occasions. Just my personal preference.
