If you’re looking for a protein kick that tastes good without going for a straight up protein bar, this is a good option. The unit price is super reasonable per bar, and packs 15g of protein. If you’re looking for low carb or keto friendly this is not it, and if you’re looking for the protein that a typical protein bar packs (up to 30g) this isn’t it either. But if you’re looking for a bar that: tastes great, has awesome texture, feels like a chocolate splurge but isn’t, and has a flavor even your kids like… give it a whirl!

Protein bars always taste a little weird and these are no exception. However, I like the flavor and find them to be delicious. Not as filling as a meal but they're a great snack with some nutritional value. I keep them around the house so I can grab one when I need something kind of decent in my stomach.

It tastes decent but a little too sweet. It also contains 21g of carb, which IMO is too much for a snack marketed as a "protein" meal bar. I know they're technically not marketed as a protein bar but a meal bar with the word protein in front of it, but it's disturbing that this type of misleading marketing has become so common nowadays. I personally don't want to purchase products from manufacturers that try to trick customers. On a positive note, unlike most other products that contain soy protein, this doesn't have that unpleasant soy aftertaste or smell.
