hi. the phone is ok. i didnot receive the silver cord with the special plastic end on it. i received the phone cord that is just the regular one the pink one. that goes into the wall. i did receive the curly cord that attaches to the phone and receiver.. sound on phone is not that great!!!! i would love to receive the second cord which is silver in color with that special big piece of plastic on it. i donot know what it is called. also there is no feature for call recording or call display like it says in the telephone ad. i paid enough for it. i expected to get everything that is in the ad and ad picture. i didnot return it because too much running around and i am not feeling well. i have been sick with bronchitis for 6 months. i am just starting to feel better. if i could please get that special cord that i mentioned the silver one.ca i would appreciate that very much!!!!!!!! thanx have a great day!!!!!!!! have no way to ad the picture. just check out the ad for the phone on amazon. ca
