This item arrived in a really damaged package. I ordered early for my daughter's wedding. It did not keep the coffee hot for long at all and the spout leaked all over. Very cheaply made...definitely not worth 75 dollars!

I purchased 3 of these pots for our church, They are good looking and the coffee stays hot. But ALL three of the pots leak at the tap it doesn't shut off like it should. I would not recommend them. Quote from there ad: "Excellent, hygienic, tap is very good, no leakage." I didn't find this to be true.

Doesn't stay as hot as other thermal dispensers. But it didn't matter because the lever is cheap and defective and broke within a short time of use. It wasn't just this product because I bought two of them and same happened to both. Should be taken off market.

Hot water is maintaining up to 3 to 4 hrs.. My suggestion is not to buy ..

Very disappointed with this Milton Stellar 5-litre jug. The product arrived with visible dents, which clearly indicates it was not a new item. It seems like a used or old stock product was sent. The jug was manufactured in May 2024 but delivered to me in January 2026, which is unacceptable for a product being sold as new. Performance-wise, it does not keep water warm for more than a few hours, which defeats the purpose of buying a thermal jug of this brand. Overall quality and heat retention are below expectations. The seller should ensure that only unused, dent-free, brand-new products are delivered to customers. This was a very poor buying experience and a waste of money.
