I've wear the shoes maximum of 10 days, I'm not really walking outside, I don't think I've walked more than 5 miles outdoors.

I hate to leave a bad review and I really wanted to like these because I believe in the science behind them and don't want to spend hundreds on leather soled shoes but... after a week of normal use (I do hour long walks to the beach every day), the were both broken so I basically had to throw them out. I'm really only leaving this review here so that others can make an informed decision while shopping.

I brought them for my brother but he wears special boots. The straps are too short so I'll use them in my shoes

The tread on my tennis shoes were not compatible with this item, after reading the QR code
