Mine did not come with an AC power supply which is typical. Typically these are used in PoE environments, and if you need external power, a PoE injector is relatively inexpensive if you don't have a PoE switch.

Will this work with Vonage and does it come with a cord and all parts?

Yes, it could work with Vonage. The phone comes with everything except a power adapter, because most people use a Power over Ethernet switch.

Is screen backlit, able to be read in low light?

Yes it is backlit well and is very usable in low light. The keypad is not lit so some memorization may be prudent.

Can i plug in the plantronics bt600 bluetooth dongle to the usb port for my headset?
