INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!
This item was absolutely unbelievable. I could have bought a brand new PlayStation 4 for almost $400 but instead I paid $225 for a used very good condition. PlayStation from an incredible seller. I have an autistic son and has broke so it was very important that we got one immediately And I am so grateful to the seller because it looks essentially brand new!This is a seller to be trusted always. Anytime I need something gaming wise. I will be going to them.

Junk!!!!!!!!
Sometimes will not connect to internet on opening of PS4 although everything is set to auto start. This occurs Daily. Will over heat and shut down when playing video games. Had to use the old after market cooling fan system from old PS4 taped to side of this mess in order to blow cooler air into the side of this unit, it works. Also had to elevate unit about four inches for greater air circulation. This helped. Be very careful my friends, Sony is building nothing but junk anymore and you are stuck with it if you only have PS4 games. And by the way, if you have a collection of older PS4 games and want to load one to this system you must now pay a $10. fee to open the app in order to make game work. Sony has become nothing but trash!!!!! There will be no more Sony products in my home........Most sincerely yours.....U.R. Screwed.

Experiences from a first-time buyer.
This was the first time I experienced an eight generation console, and I can tell you, I didn't know what I was missing. Beyond the library of games, which is excellent (Spider-Man, Witcher 3, Devil May Cry 5, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Kingdom Hearts 3), there are other features including a web browser and a TV function where I can watch all the streaming services I'm subscribed to. It's basically a multimedia device that just happens to focus on video games. I just wish the Switch was capable of half of those features.
