Right out of the box, problems with scanning, printing and forget faxing. You have to have a cloud connection$$$. I have been fighting this thing for 2 months. No return possible. The scanner stopped functioning completely after 4 weeks. The "scan" button on the panel no longer operates and is required for scanning. This week the printing went out. Sometimes it printed a couple of pages, locked the job in the print Q and stopped. Sometimes it would not print at all. And now after just about 100 pages, I get a toner low indication and it won't print a thing. A $450.00 boat anchor is what I have. Tech support?? Ha ha, noa speakie english! Well, none that can be understood. So yeah, want to waste $450, buy this printer.

I’ve been through multiple printers. This one wins by far! Set up was easy- Wi-Fi set up easy- paper loading easy- and print quality and speed simply amazing!

Only complaint is connecting devices is iffy. My desktop and most of our phones connected without issue, but my daughter's laptop still says no driver even after downloading the driver from Lexmark's website.

Works like a champ and easy to setup

This COLOR LASER All-in-one printer is perfect for a small business or for home/telework/personal/student use at an economical price. Quality is great, much better than the ink jets and will cost less in the long run. Delivery was faster than expected. Soo happy to have the option to print, copy, scan, fax quality color at home without breaking my budget.

This printer is the worst printer I’ve ever had since I open my business nine years ago. It heats up the black ink like nobody’s business. I am extremely small business and an eight weeks have purchased five black cartridges that are supposed to print 1500 copies for cartridge. That is false. The printer is awful and I would not buy it or recommend it to anybody.

I have already done a review for my HP LJ M234sdwe and thought I would round it off with a review of our Lexmark printer. I have actually purchased 2 of these units, again one for my wife's business and the other for my father-in-law who has deep pockets (yet I always pay for the restaurant bill?!). I am an HP and Lexmark man who has worked in the printer industry for a year repairing all types and brands of printers (laser, inkjet and some OKI printers). This is how I became an HP/Lexmark man.No issues with installation (I find Lexmark takes the lead when it comes to installation as compared to HP) and have had 0 issues since we bought ours about a year ago (I am really bad with dates...I can only remember my birthday!) and have gone through 3 toner cartridge swap outs since. I do not purchase re-manufactured or re-filled toner cartridges as I had to repair/clean so many printers where the owner used these rather than the OEM cartridges. But that is a personal choice and with choice there are always consequences.If there was something to complain about, it is the touchscreen size on printers...why so small? It is 2023 people, why am I trying to navigate on a screen the size of which is smaller than the LCD screens of cell phones back in the 90's!? Yes, the screen works and Lexmark actually designed the interface with normal human beings in mind but the size of which gives people with large fingers a real pain in the behind. Great printer, good price but because of MY OWN PERSONAL CHOICE, I can't complain of the high OEM prices for new cartridges. Oh what the heck, OEM cartridge are where the manufacturers make a lot of money and I hate this every time I purchase them. The year I worked in the industry repairing printers, I was actually hired by a company in Cornwall, Ontario that sold re-manufactured laser cartridges. The company is no longer in business, need I say more?

Could not use this printer as it was supplied with a European plug

Received defective unit, seller will not refund/replace, stated to call Lexmark, called Lexmark, they do not provide refund/exchanges advised speak with seller, now over a month waiting for refund or claim still not moving, amazon also no help. Do not purchase.
