I have used this item for five months before giving my review. Its a good light protein powder with very little filler in it and can be microwaved in porridge ( Puffs up like foam then settles ). Down side is the artificial flavours are sickly and I find that this product can dehydrate me . Persistent irritated bladder from this product so I wont be buying anymore . If they made in more subtle flavour ie ;vanilla/ white chocolate would be a lot better, but the whole proposition of this is it is similar to fruit juice so i guess that wont happen.

Honestly the worst tasting and smelling protein I have used. Smells as if it’s gone bad and taste foul.

Just like last time the bag was barely filled so I payed 35£ for 20 servings buy MP instead you get more for money and it tastes much better

Far to frothy and acidic.

When the item arrived, I was excited to have it so I opened it and used the product. Then I noticed the bag had split at the bottom.

It tastes good, and it's much more affordable than what I used to buy from another well-known brand. But this has 2 cons: 1. TOO MUCH foam. when you shake this (or even blend it) it will give a mountain of foam. which takes time to reside (seems like a common issue with all clear whey products). 2. Kinda hard to blend, but not impossible. my tip is to do multiple rounds of shaking and letting it sit between shakes. It will blend eventually. Not for the impatient. Will I buy this again? DEFINITELY!

You'll need to use a spoon to get it to mix.. shaking the cup doesn't work well. Way too sweet so I end up using less in a scoop which isn't great when your targeting your protein intake

U need an army grade blender to blend this whey.
