Would have liked it to have been sharpened, when you see it has a guard over the blade you expect it to be sharp.

Not a bad all round axe, will last for years, just need to sharpen yourself

Nice handle. Very heavy for a hand axe but thought it be weighty enough to splut larger logs. Unfortunately it comes blunt with an off centre uneven grind that works better as a hammer.Unsure if it is intended to be a maul rather than an axe. Steel is very soft and after regrinding several times still struggles to split wood or chop wood without losing its edge.Does the job eventually.

Nor a Telecaster but it’s good enough for me to knock out a few chops with - at 05:00 wired up through the Marshall 4x12 set to 11 it wakes the rooster up before he can start his early morning racket - nice to get my own back

Does what its supposed to do sharp blade has a cover. Good at splitting logs.

Very good axe for the price

Not sharp at all and hard to sharpen unless you have an electric tool. Barely makes a dent on a small branch.
