Good old analog dice, they never fail to land flat and display a 7
I use these on my home craps table and they work great! I am still trying to perfect throwing them against the wall and not hitting a 7 every time after I establish a point, but I don't think that is a fault of the dice themselves. I also don't think it is fair to fault the dice with the fact my wife tends to throw them to hard and high over the back wall hitting, knocking down, and messing up my LEGO sets displayed on the other end of the room..... On a serious note, these have been handled and thrown for HOURS and show no sign of wear on the dice edges themselves or the numbers.
