Aluminum Bumper Case,metal Case for Iphone 5,iphone 5s (red)

When I read about this case on zite I was very impressed. I took delivery in just a few days. Impressive for an off shore seller. I installed it on my iphone 5 and later that day I tried to make a call. The reception was very bad. I thought it was just bad coverage. Later that same day I noticed my phone dropping in and out. Where I had two bars before I now had a notification that it was ...searching... for a cell tower. I did a quick search for the location of the inside antenna on this model and discovered it was located very close to the frame of the outer shell. I then slowly slid my phone in and out of the trigger case and watched the as the coverage bars were reduced to zero. My guess is that the metal in the case is blocking the signal. To bad too, the case design is exceptional. Perhaps they can replace a portion of the case with plastic to alleviate this shortcoming.

I dropped my phone at least 20 + times n I can't believe not one crack or scratch on the case yes but that's what it's for I agree it does shut my ringer / vibrate part off but all u have to do is unscrew that screw still looks great and still protect I'm AMAZED how well it held up purchase red in jan 14 and buying a new now now just for change of color no problem with sellers

I really do like this case but I was bummed when a button fell off about a week or two after receiving it. Very cool case though.
